During the second session on Cultural Competency in HIV Care, TAP-in will highlight the importance of communication in delivering culturally competent health care. The session will include group discussions about cross-cultural encounters and explore ways to address cultural conflicts impacting care. Participants will learn how to utilize tools to uncover clients’ personal health beliefs and support effective provider-client communication.
