Description: The Ending the HIV Epidemic Summit is intended for providers, quality staff, care coordination staff and others who provide HIV care and are instrumental in developing workflows and delivering care. Sessions will focus on communicating with patients and communities as well as best practice guidelines regarding universal and high-risk screenings, PrEP, and linkage to care. There will be a panel discussion to address policies and procedures, standing orders, and overall challenges. In addition, a Network HIV Toolkit will be introduced and distributed.
