Description: The key to performance improvement is understanding data and how to use it for tracking success. Attendees will review critical clinical quality data measures and other operational statistics that are the foundation for any HC quality program. In addition, this session will provide a compliance overview that includes quality assurance and quality improvement activities and policies. Attendees will walk away from this session with a better understanding of how the HC quality program should be working, with a deeper understanding of who is accountable, what appropriate measures to take, and maximizing the data collected.
