Description: In this session attendees will learn the key components of HC billing, collection, and reimbursement, and deepen understanding of the Sliding Fee Discount Program while addressing financial barriers to care for the patient population. Attendees will learn how to maintain strong financial systems with budgeting, financial management and control policies. This session will review key reports that are required for regulatory requirements, fiscal management, and transparency and prepare attendees to have the foundation needed to better understand the bottom line and be prepared to sustain the HC’s financial success.
